Gateway Logistics Center is a 1.4 million square foot high-tech industrial development in North Texas.

Gateway Logistics Center is located for connectivity. The 1.4 million square-foot, 86-acre site is situated on the southeast portion of DFW International Airport on the northwest corner of Valley View Lane and Route 183, within the Foreign Trade Zone. This prime location feeds into 183-Airport Freeway to the south, 161-George Bush Freeway to the east, and both 97-International Parkway and 360 to the west. The site boasts direct accessibility from all directions allowing for ease of traffic flow for all users within the development.

Delivery times to anywhere in the Metroplex are achievable in less than an hour. One can also be at the DFW Airport terminal within a matter of minutes. Additionally, roughly 3.5 million people have less than a 30-minute commute to the site giving users a deep pool of talent to draw from.
